Shipping Policy


Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible; however, because of high demand and volume we have to establish shipment turnaround policies. Stock orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; orders placed after 12 PM are considered next day’s business. Drop ship orders vary depending on availability and type of fixture.

Back Orders

If there is an item not available when an order is scheduled, the available items will ship and the backordered item/items will ship as they become available. The backordered items will ship without any shipping charges provided the original order meets our minimum freight allowed policy.

Return Policy

Shortages or Damages

Any shortage or damage claim (visible or concealed) must be reported by fax (866-240-8505) or email ( within 72 hours after receipt of shipment. To file a claim include J&L packing slip and the signed freight bill with all shortages/damages notated.

Returned Items

We understand that from time to time you may have a need to return items for credit. The item being returned must be in its original unused condition, in the original box. (This does not apply to defective items.) Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight, which will be deducted from your refund. Custom items are nonreturnable.

Defective Items

Defective items must be returned to receive credit. Please contact your sales representative immediately to report the defect and arrange for return of the product.
